Barbara J Gunn Bio

In July 1951, Barbara Jean Gunn was born; she transitioned in March 2023. During her life span she was a psychologist, accountant, community activist, missionary, martial artist, wife, mother, and above all a true humanitarian. Her life was one of “giving and sharing.” She never took anything for granted or expected any recognition for anything she did. She was a “silent giver” and a blessing to many. Her wishes were to continue giving back even after her death. The Albert L. Gunn and Barbara J. Gunn Foundation is a mechanism to fulfill that wish. Her legacy will live on as her loved ones embrace her motto: “Let’s make it happen!”

Albert L. Gunn Bio


For more than 40 years, Dr. Albert L. Gunn has served as a naprapath and wellness counselor. He also taught high school, trade school, and college. He enjoyed the positive results of working with students.

Dr. Gunn is co-founder of Sound Therapy Research Ensemble where sound is used as a healing tool; and Universal Lightbearers where meditation and prayer are used to bring constructive world change. He is committed to using knowledge and love as springboards to economic success and all of life’s victories.
